Job description:

MT&T Site Supervisor will be responsible of managing and developing the team and services in Montenegro. To achieve and maintain the highest quality standards regarding the provided services to the client in order to satisfy the most exquisite demands.

• Providing  all facility services and meeting high expectation
• Directly responsible for site-based employees and their training, development and assessment; day-to-day management
• Monitoring of acquisitions’ execution and services, including maintenance and repairs of premises, equipment and systems
• Responsible for facilities technical management
• Responsible of Project Management for construction, furniture
• Presenting and issuing administrative and cost reports.

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking and Customer orientation
• Solving problems and Quality focus
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills (both Montenegreen and English)
• Multitasking and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of the (international) team
• Previous experience in team leading, budget handling and managing of subcontractors would be a plus.
