Head Gardener
Job Description
The Head Gardener position is directly responsible to organize the work on the outdoor areas of the estate.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and organize work in the Gardening department;
- Recruit, train and manage a team;
- Ongoing management of departmental operating inventory;
- Work closely with other managers to further differentiate Aman at the pinnacle of the luxury lifestyle, and constantly review and refine every aspect of what an Aman property offers to our guests;
- Ensure standard of work is consistently completed to a high standard;
- Performs other tasks as requested by the Head of Maintenance;
- Reports to the Head of Maintenance.
This position requires:
- At least 5years experience in Gardening, with 3 years in a supervisory capacity;
- Fluency in English and Montenegrin;
- Highly organized with strong communication skills;
- Hard working with a high level of energy.
