Job Description

The Executive Housekeeper position is directly responsible for guest satisfaction and business results of the Housekeeping Sector.Direct contact with the guests participating in raising the level of services the hotel.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee service standards in Housekeeping department to ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded;
• Recruit, train and manage a large team;
• Manage and control a large operating inventory;
• Plan and implement departmental budget;
• Promote the desired work culture around the core values of Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Passion, Authenticity and Responsibility as well as embracing the brand ethos of Aman;
• Work closely with other managers to further differentiate Aman at the pinnacle of the luxury lifestyle, and constantly review and refine every aspect of what an Aman property offers to our guests;
• Organize and coordinate the work of all employees in the Housekeeping Sector;
• Conducts daily control of the level of servicein the Housekeeping Sector;
• Performs other tasks as requested by the General Manager;
• Reports to the General Manager.

• At least 5 years experience in Housekeeping operations including 3 years at management level;
• Fluency in business English is mandatory;
• Other language capabilities are desirable, but not essential;
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel;
• Highly organized with strong communication skills;
• Hard working with a high level of energy;
