is looking to hire for its Real Estate Asset Management Department
Sales Manager
Your main tasks:
- Management of sales processes according to group standards
- Conduction of market research
- Preparation of marketing documents and execution of marketing activities
- Assessment fit-for-sale measures and measures to increase performance of the real estate in coordination with Asset Management
- Providing data to real estate controlling and accounting for regular Group Reports; reporting to the Superiors
- Bidder evaluation
- Contract negotiation
- Finding of potential buyers
- Preparation of application of the relevant committees to get approval for sale
- Definition of sales strategy considering target groups, market conditions etc.
- Definition of minimum sales process
- Prioritization and timing of properties for sales process
Knowledge and skills required:
- University degree in Economics, Law, technical education with economic knowledge or relevant work experience
- Several years of work experience in real estate field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Russian language could be advantage
- Selling and negotiation skills are preferable
- Advanced computer literacy (especially MS-Office)
- A proactive approach and the ability to take personal responsibility are essential
- Driver license B category is required
