China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) is a large-scale, state-owned foreign-trade and economic-cooperation enterprise that focuses on construction of road, bridge, tunnel and port and other transport infrastructures as primary operation and trade, investment, leasing and service as its concurrent operations. China Road and Bridge Corporation Montenegro is the second European branch office of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) situated in Podgorica, and was founded for the purpose of implementation of the Project Bar-Boljare highway with the accompanying roads. Human Resource Manager

Requirements:

  • University degree (BSc or Masters)  ideally with a focus in Human Resource Management or Business Management related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a HR role in rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Fluent in English language (spoken & written)
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in applying current legislation

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & monitor the whole employment process, including: job advertising, interviewing, selection, recruitment and training
  • Establish training policies and procedures
  • Ensures legal and regulatory matters are adopted into company procedures and disseminated through the business
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results through employee benefit programs
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity
  • Ensuring the upkeep of stable employee relations and administration of the HR function
  • Improvement of HR strategies and procedures
  • To take responsibility for, and to promote, the Health, Safety and Welfare of, all employees within his/her control
