What is the job about?

Our Customer Service Consultants are primary contact for Lufthansa passengers. They are handlingtelephone calls regarding flight connections, flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonusfrequent flyer programs, telephone check-in, sale of tickets and a lot more. We usually communicatewith our passengers in German, the rest of the calls is in English. English is also our internalcommunication language.


What skills are we looking for?
  • Fluent knowledge of both the German and English language 
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and stress tolerance
  • Team spirit and eagerness to learn
  • PC skills
