SAP Application Manager – Plant Maintenance and Customer Service (PM CS)
Position is based in Belgrade, Serbia
You work in a well-established and experienced team of SAP application managers in one of the largest SAP installations within the aircraft maintenance sector. In this role you will work closely with SR Technics business units to optimize and improve the Plant Maintenance and Customer Service processes from a SAP perspective.
Main responsibilities:
- Designs and implements business processes in SAP PM/CS environment including design and specifications for development and customizations
- Identifies and oversees implementation of SAP PM/CS functionality and/or business process improvements
- Manages change requests
- Monitors and optimizes interfaces to other systems
- Supports SAP users on SAP PM/CS related matters (2nd level support)
- Analyzes IT incidents and Service Desk Data to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Creates training concepts for end-users and employees involved in other IT projects
Required profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in SAP PM/CS module
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 project environment
- Knowledge of SAP MM module is highly desirable
- Excellent English, spoken and written / German is an advantage
- High quality mindset and sense of responsibility
- Independent and proactive worker, creative team player
