SAP Application Manager - Human Resources (HR)

Position is based in Belgrade, Serbia

 

You work in a well-established and experienced team of SAP application managers in one of the largest SAP installations within the aircraft maintenance sector. In this role you will work closely with SR Technics business units to optimize and improve the Human Resources process from an SAP perspective. 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform all SAP activities to run and to optimize the SAP HR business processes
  • Continuous improvements of existing SAP standard functions and additional customer developped functions
  • Customizing in the SAP HR moduls (Personal Administration, Organization Management, Time&Attendance, Qualifications)  
  • Provide First and Second Level Support in SAP HR moduls
  • Define process changes and create functional specifications for the development team
  • Support the HR Business in monthly tasks like month end closing activities, job scheduling, data quality checks 

 

Required profile:

  • Education in data science and SAP HCM
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in application support or consulting for SAP Modul SAP HR
  • In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting
  • Extensive experience in management of SAP HR IT application systems development and maintenance
  • Experience in SAP design and configuration
  • Strong cross-functional integration experience
  • Excellent English, spoken and written
  • Independent and proactive worker, creative team player
