China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) is a large-scale, state-owned foreign-trade and economic-cooperation enterprise that focuses on construction of road, bridge, tunnel and port and other transport infrastructures as primary operation and trade, investment, leasing and service as its concurrent operations. China Road and Bridge Corporation Montenegro is the second European branch office of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) situated in Podgorica, and was founded for the purpose of implementation of the Project Bar-Boljare highway with the accompanying roads. Quantity Surveyor

Job description:

• To survey, measure and check the actual quantities of project works
• To calculate the actual quantities of works completed including subcontractor’s quantities of works
• To recheck the data of traverse point periodically
• To assist in documentation preparation of payment certificates
• Participate in other works according to project requirements

Job requirements:

• College degree with civil engineering background
• Have the relevant certificate of topography
• At least five years of experience in surveying
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC and other contract formats
• Familiar with market price of material and equipment
• Good spoken/written English
• Excellent computer skills, especially in MS-Office and AutoCAD
• Teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, communicative, open minded
• Ability to work under pressure, willingness for overtime work and business travel
