JUGOPETROL AD is looking for an experienced and well-qualified
person for the position of
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
in the Company’s Head Office in Podgorica
Job description and main responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing
and supervising the work of the Accounting department;
- Organizing and
conducting accounting operations according to professional, legal and internal
regulation;
- Monthly and periodic
reports on incomes, expenses and cash flow in the company, as well as
regular monitoring of the situation through these indicators;
- Organization and
control of calculations and tax liabilities payment;
- Participation in preparation of the final accounts and taking responsibility for its accuracy and compatibility with legislation and legal
norms;
- Continuous monitoring of legal regulations in the field of accounting, taxes and other legal provisions, and following changes in that area, as well
as implementing them in the system and the accounting records in cooperation
with other team members and programmers;
- Participation in design of an organizational structure adequate
for achieving the department's goals and objectives;
- If necessary,
performing other tasks related to the job position.
Minimum requirements:
- University education in a
relevant subject (Accounting and Finance directions will take precedence);
- Excellent knowledge of Montenegrin Accounting Principles and relevant
accounting and tax legislation;
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS/IAS;
- Minimum
5 years of relevant work experience and minimum 2 years as a Chief
Accountant/Accounting Manager in a large company;
- Very good written and oral English language communication skills;
- Computer skills (MS
Office) –advanced level;
- Problem solving and decision making skills;
- Accuracy, attention to detail, reliability and confidentiality;
