China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) is a large-scale, state-owned foreign-trade and economic-cooperation enterprise that focuses on construction of road, bridge, tunnel and port and other transport infrastructures as primary operation and trade, investment, leasing and service as its concurrent operations. China Road and Bridge Corporation Montenegro is the second European branch office of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) situated in Podgorica, and was founded for the purpose of implementation of the Project Bar-Boljare highway with the accompanying roads. CRBC is searching for proactive and motivated candidates for the following position based in Podgorica:



Quality Assurance Engineer

In Podgorica



Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, master’s degree is preferred
  • Montenegrin engineering licence is obligatory along with registration in local competent authorities
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Hardworking, ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with various teams are desired
  • Minimum of 10 years of quality assurance engineering with significant practical experience


Responsibilities:

  • Help to define, document, and implement strategies and plans for the testing and future enhancements
  • Build up knowledge and act as a subject matter expert for the team on various project areas and be able to share that knowledge with the team through mentoring and coaching
  • Ensure that all QA processes and methods are consistently followed
  • Document issues and testing methods to assist with defect resolution and to allow for traceability and repeatability of tests
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams within your area of responsibility
  • Improve existing test frameworks., work productively in a continuous delivery mode
  • Accurately identify and report on issues found during testing, providing root cause and impact analyses


Candidate’s profile:

  • Proven hands on experience in all aspects of quality assurance engineering; demonstrating thorough knowledge of QA principles
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
  • Ability to work independently, triage issues, and prioritize tasks
  • Very well organized and highly professional
