ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

Position based in Budva – Sveti Stefan

 


Main responsibilities/tasks:

  • Assisting Hotel General Manager and HR Manager in dealing with HR matters
  • Overseeing HR office and its respective staff in the hotel
  • Working closely with other department heads on recruitment and staff planning
  • Preparing hiring process for hotel needs
  • Coordinating and monitoring timely execution of legal matters regarding employment processes
  • Preparing necessary HR related financial reports and submitting in timely manner to GM and whoever concerned
  • Budgeting necessary positions in accordance with company’s policies and needs
  • Managing payroll preparation and timely submission of information to finance department for payroll calculation
  • Monitoring proper registry of working hours and other legally required documentation by departments
  • Organizing different HR activities and trainings when necessary and where applicable
  • Managing proper archiving of documentation and other administration work


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Social Sciences or Law
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in HR or similar departments
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, speed and the ability to build relationships with people
  • Operational flexibility and willingness to work under deadlines and goals
  • Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian; Fluency in English, written and spoken
