Project Engineer in Energetics

Our client is a multinational company with products and services in various fields, including information technology, communication systems and electronic components. Due to their expansion on Adriatic market, Adecco is seeking qualified, professional and motivated candidates for the position based in Podgorica:

Project Engineer in Energetics

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience on transformers and substations construction projects or similar
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and electromechanical engineering, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety and employee supervision
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
• Valid B category driving license

 Main responsibilities:

• Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives
• Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project
• Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project
• Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project
• Studies product design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specifications
• Presents cost estimates and performance standards
• Conducts tests assuring safe and satisfactory product performance
• Reviews contractor bids
• Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project
• Prepares status reports and regularly monitors contractors and schedules
• Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects
• Presents procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project
• Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and regulations
