PRIVATE BANKER

Position based in Podgorica

 


Job summary and Main responsibilities/tasks:

  • Responsible for customer care for VIP clients, available 24/7 for delegated clients;
  • Responsible for full service to VIP clients and their only contact person in the bank;
  • Responsible for providing other, non-banking services, to VIP clients like meeting appointments, advices, logistic, contact providing etc.;
  • Coordinates all the other departments of the bank as well as external partners and delivering final service to VIP clients;

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or other similar fields is an advantage;
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in banking industry working in different departments;
  • Excellent Computer and software skills (advanced knowledge of Pexim will be advantage);
  • Absolutely client oriented person with strong social skills and developed sense for customer needs;
  • Fast learning and fast adaptive person;
  • Effective business communication and the ability to build strong relationships with people;
  • Very fast working and responsive person;
  • The estimated operational flexibility and willingness to work under deadlines and goals;
  • Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian, both written and spoken; Full working proficiency in English, written and spoken is a must; Knowledge of other language will be advantage (especially Arabian, Indian, Chinese and Russian)
