Adriatic Properties llc, located at Sveti Stefan, is looking for:
Marketing and Sales Manager
(Hotel Industry & FB sector)
for the Balkans area
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization;
- Expanding product solutions and offerings;
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff;
- Analyzing market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback;
- Preparing and adhering to budgets;
- Overseeing creation and delivering of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials;
- Designing print ads and publications;
- Gather and analyze customer insight;
- Engage consumers on social media and deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Candidate profile and qualification:
- University/Master's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent;
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a local and international team;
- Able to work in a multicultural environment;
- Fluency in English and local language (fluency in other foreign languages will be considered advantage).
