HR MANAGER

                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Law). Master degree would be an advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in this precise field – preferable working experience in multi-national company.

• Strong character, excellent managerial and analytical skills, team work person
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Full fluency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions; counseling managers on candidate selection, scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions, recommending changes; recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Independent cooperation management 
• Preparation of needed documents, consulting and contracts, as well as negotiating on contractual terms
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Provides management direction and counseling. Supervises clerical assistant and temporary staffing.
• Dealing with other delegated tasks
