FINANCE MANAGER

Position based in Budva

 


Main responsibilities/tasks:

  • Management and optimization of financial and accounting activities in the company
  • Direct leadership of finance and administration executives and strong cooperation with other departments
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of processes and operations, providing inputs for further development and improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with local company law and IFRS
  • Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensuring the Finance Cell works to optimum performance and is able to meet target dates for MIS and other reporting requirements
  • Ensuring all policies are adhered to and financial transactions are in line with internal accounting procedures
  • Participation in budget preparations for all areas of the business (Finance, Commercial & Operations)
  • Developing  staff and maintaining their performance
  • Collaboration with internal and external audit


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics/Business and another similar fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, prefferable on management positions
  • Computer skills - MS Office
  • Excellent managerial, analytical skills
  • Effective business communication and the ability to build relationships with people
  • The estimated operational flexibility and willingness to work under deadlines and goals
  • Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian, both written and spoken; Working knowledge in English, written and spoken
