For our Client, luxury hotel in Dobrim Vode, Montenegro, we publish an advertisement for the position:
SALES MANAGER (M/F)
Location: Dobre Vode, Bar

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to drive bookings;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns;
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed;
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to address any issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a sales team;
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
