For our Client, luxury hotel in Dobrim Vode, Montenegro, we publish an advertisement for the position:
 
 General Manager (m/f)
Location: Dobre Vode, Bar
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Efficiently manage all operational aspects of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest service;
  • Monitor and manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization;
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of employees to achieve high standards of service and guest satisfaction;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and increase hotel occupancy;
  • Maintain the property and ensure all rooms and facilities are in impeccable condition;
  • Collaborate with the local community and business partners to enhance the hotel's reputation and achieve business goals;
  • Ensure the safety of guests and staff, implement fire safety protocols, and emergency procedures;
  • Adhere to all local and national regulations and rules pertaining to the hospitality industry.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of achieving business goals;
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills;
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service;
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources;
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, or a related field.
