Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Budva, MontenegroSchedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation Package: Competitive to the market
Contract: Fixed term contract with the possibility of extension
Position reports to: Head of Sales

Key Aspects of the Role:
- Develop and communicate clear project sales strategies
- Selling premium residential offerings, including 5-star hotel branded residences
- Open Up new sales opportunities
- Ensuring exceptional long-lasting customer experience
- Screening the market for new target groups
- Generate leads and negotiate the offers
- Gather local and international competitive analysis
- Showcase properties to clients through virtual tours, presentations and site visits
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Development sales experience in Real Estate, minimum 4 years
- Hosting & Welcoming approach
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Russian language would be advantage
- Knowledge of Turkish language would be advantage
- Business Acumen
- Excellent computer literacy
