Customer Support Representative (m/f)

Job description
We’re constantly expanding to new locations, optimizing our services, and improving the customer experience, so we’re on the lookout for smart, passionate, and creative people to join our international team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the Customer Excellence Team, by effectively managing customer support tasks for dedicated markets and locations (Germany, Bulgaria and Montenegro).

What you'll work on

• Resolve our client's requests, by phone, chat or email, by taking decisions and autonomously arbitrating customer support cases
• Go for the extra mile, by not only solving their issues but delighting them thanks to your simple, efficient and caring communication
• Always raise possible improvements of our service with other teams (operations, back-office, marketing)
• Schedule customer reservations with maximized results and create optimal offers for your clients in accordance to their needs
• We believe every contact with our client is an opportunity to deliver not only the right solution but an amazing customer experience as well. Our team is the interface between our services and our clients and has the power to make things right.

What you'll bring to the table

• You are perfectly fluent in English. It is plus if you are proficient in German language
• You’re a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and account for client’s satisfaction.
• You love quickly solving problems but when needed you take the time to investigate and find the best trade-offs
• You are able to handle difficult situations by phone or emails
