“Zeren Motors” d.o.o, a dynamic and fast-growing car dealership in Podgorica, Montenegro, is seeking experienced an Accounting Associate to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting associate
- Manage booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, process advanced payments, and reconcile transactions.
- Calculate depreciation and maintain records of fixed assets;
- Perform cashier operations, including the preparation and booking of travel orders.
- Generate invoices for customers.
- Receive and process incoming documentation, including making necessary calculations.
- Maintain records of retail sales in the trade book.
- Manage personnel records, including sick leave compensation, and handle employee registration and deregistration.
- Undertake optional accounting and administrative tasks such as document reception, control, and filing for bookkeeping.
- Prepare business documentation for banks.
- Generate periodic financial reports as required by management.
- Execute daily payments.
- Handle electronic banking tasks including domestic and foreign payments.
- Record and reconcile bank statements.
- Communicate with state institutions to obtain and deliver necessary documentation for the company's operations.
- Provide monthly reports and metrics for HR.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed for the company's development.
- Bachelor's degree in Economy, Finance, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and e-payments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail business.
- Demonstrated responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with customs procedures for vehicle importation and documentation preparation for vehicle sales is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Driver's license, category B.
